As a solution to the mana regen. seals being replaced by armour, have you considered building an early Chalice of Harmony, to build it into Athene's Unholy Grail as a replacement for Abyssal Mask? Both items give you AP and magic resist, and I think the mana regen. from Athene's Unholy Grail would be more useful than the magic resist debuff aura on the Abyssal Mask.
And a help with your coding, it looks like you've missed out a few {list} commands, with { replaced by [.

Also, getting Ring of Frost at level 2 is a possibility. I personally don't like getting it this early at all, but if you're playing with a strong early ganker, having Ring of Frost's CC makes the gank so much more likely to succeed. You'll be left far more vulnerable though, so I'd only recommend taking it at level 2 if you're aiming to be aggressive from the get go.
Other than that, why Guardian Angel? If you insist on having that last item slot for a defensive option, you're better off with something like Mikael's Blessing for the extra utility it provides. It will also solve mana problems you may have if you're a spam-heavy player.
Talk about the Deathfire Grasp build! You mentioned it in your cheat sheet. Even as a support, running that build ensures that you can 1-combo the enemy carry during the late game, but that build requires a very different approach to the standard builds.
The guide's looking pretty good so far, keep up the good work! :)
This is my first guild, what are some things I could do to expand upon it/ what else were you looking to see?
Thanks again for the feedback!
It looks more like you're taking ap build, adding frost queen and calling it support
The guide is quite short
