Ancient Coin start is ok, but if you're going for talisman of ascension on Thresh it's usually better to get a Doran's Shield or Ruby Crystal and go for the Gp5 item afterwards

The coding looks pretty good but I have a few things to say.

1. You might want to consider mentioning Relic Shield as another option for thresh.
2. 21/9 or 16/14 masteries might be better for Thresh even if you don't use it, this is a guide for everyone, so you could mention them at least as other options.
3. I don't think Twin Shadows is that great of an item for support specially for Thresh who benefits from more tank items. And I think Locket of the Iron Solari is a better choice for Spirit Visage, the stats on health and MR are lower, but as a support you're there to help your team. Spirit Visage is a good item for tank, yes, but first of all you're a support.
4. Black Cleaver, Frozen Mallet and Atma's Impaler is not good for a support, even if you want damage, when you build Thresh AD you don't get these items. I get that they make you tanky and with damage, but that's not a support's role. I just don't think they're worth mentioning because other people reading might get confused.
5. A matchup content is always nice, with explanations on how to deal with Thresh's counters.
6. No gameplay explanation, like what to do early, mid and late game. Your role on team fights and etc.
7. You could also add a warding section.

*Your item sequence still show Frozen Mallet instead of Frozen Heart.

o_o Huh. You learn something new everyday xD Just looked back at the patch notes to see that Randuin's Attack Speed was reduced, whereas Frozen Heart's was not. My bad...

That's incorrect though (that was my point ^^) - it depends a lot on the situation. I'd say 50/50 or 60/40 in favor of randuins.

I was just saying that if you had to pick between Frozen Heart and Randuin's Omen, Randuin's is the better choice ^_^

Yes there are better items to get, although in essence it's not bad; that's what I wanted to point out. Similar to Atma's on bruisers; there's a logical thought process going on.

It's massive, but I think that in a lot of lanes, having more damage on Flay is definitely worth it; mostly in melee matchups.

I'm not quite as experienced as Vyn and GMD, so I'll let them handle the debate on the build. I can help you with the coding though ^_^

In your items section, you see those 5 empty boxes? Instead of using

Considering you already have 2 slows, nope. There are just way better items to get.

I used to think the same but being able to hook twice in a fight is massive. It also reduces the downtime in lane if you miss it, which makes you very vulnerable. The damage still is decent as well. Some pros used to be sceptic as well but right now pretty much all of them have switched to maxing Q first.



That's not 100% true because Randuin's got nerfed in 4.10. I'm not 100% sure but Randuin's probably isn't a must have anymore.
