Your kit nearly counters his. Only really have to worry about avoiding the true damage cone
Cho'Gath
Early Game is easy. Late game is really dependent on your team.
Camille
Her ult can get you if you're not playing smart. Trades tend to go in your favor with well timed shields and Heal
Yorick
Late game you're not going to 1v1 him. His minions don't die to your q's and you can't AA fast enough. Hull Breaker makes him a beast. Do your best to dodge his skillshot and side step his cage. Poke with Q's in lane to your ability. Rely on team to help fight him late game.
Mordekaiser
Fairly even match up. Just so long as you're not taking free hits from his Q and can side step his E.
Tahm Kench
In lane, this is a wet noodle fight. You guys won't be able to kill each other. Late game depends on the impact you provide to your team. Avoid taking his Q's if possible and walk towards him when he dives to dodge.
Teemo
Blind dart makes farming Grasp difficult. Shrooms are annoying. But as a caster you don't have to worry too much about blindness.
Garen
His R is a tough one to deal with. But in lane, your kit counters his. He speeds up you can either slow him or speed yourself up. Easy to farm grasp off of him as well.
Aatrox
Dodge his Q's and you're good. His E can be stepped out of if you can speed up and walk to the side. Easy to poke and trade with.
Nasus
Most you can do is be highly aggressive towards him early game to farm grasp and pressure the enemy team as much as you can. Bait out his R and wait it out. Shield those Q's of his. Team fight him late game focusing on cc'ing and keeping your team up
Shen
Early game is his for the most part. But after getting moonstone it's pretty much tilted into your favor for trades.
Darius
That passive be strong. Stay out of his range and whittle him with your poke. Playing smart you can win against him. Bait out his aggression and then just shield/heal. If you do get pulled walk towards him if he goes to Q and shield to escape his range.
Gnar
Dodge his Q's and avoid standing too close to walls for his R. You trade pretty well with him. If you get his by a mega Gnar cc, you're more than likely dead unless you have a good amount of armor already built. His chain cc is a stag
Yasuo
Really comes down to skill on this one. Dodging his q's is vital. You can still tether him through windwall. so keep that in mind for ganks and self heals.
Akali
This is more of a poke matchup for you. Q's to take her down low, get a tether on her for true vision and hit her with a Q+R.
Yone
Trades are pretty even. Late game is more than likely his. suggest rushing oblivion orb against around when he gets shieldbow
Jayce
Poke with your Q's. Try and hold your Manta for a pocket heal for when he is frustrated and engages on you. Otherwise, it's a fairly easy labe.
Draven
Up until level 3-4, you're not going to be doing much other than hugging tower. Once you get all 3 spells, you can start to poke with Q and block his AA's with your E. Watch for Execute ult and Collector proc.
Tryndamere
Avoid engaging until level 3. Once you do, poke with q's. W him when he engages and kite with your E. rinse and repeat. Bait out his R and avoid fighting him while it's up.
Gangplank
Wait until 3 to fight. Afterwards the lane is practically yours. Avoid his barrels and shield them if needed. Your kit works well against his. Bait out his fruit if you can so you can get a nice snare off.
Ziggs
I faced a Hullbreaker Ziggs, not much else to say. Avoid the Q's and try to bait out the knockback bomb.
Riven
Her CC makes it so you have a hard time getting spells. Bait out her q's and punish her as she retreats. Dance around her when she tries to full engage with her ult.
Sion
You get free poke with AA and Q on him. If he goes for a Q sidestep with shield. Heal with your E when needed. Worst thing about Sion is hullbreaker splitpushing
Irelia
For the most part, the lane is yours. Poke with your Q and Grasp AA. Dodge the stun from her with your E movement speed. rinse & repeat.
Kayle
Don't get caught with your cd's. Harass with your Q and disengage with an E when she goes to fight you. Fairly easy match up for Karma
Jax
Don't underestimate his damage at level 6. In lane phase Q as much as you can while walking away if he looks to punish you. You can get him low without much retaliation.
Gragas
It's a war of attrition here. is overall sustain is better than yours. But you can out damage him early game. Try to sidestep his slam and shield his Q's to help keep you alive longer.
Ornn
Kite City. Sidestep a lot to throw off the aim of his Q. Avoid standing next to his Q spire or the walls to avoid being knocked up. His flamebreath slows him down so you W and E are great punishing tools. You probably won't kill him in lane, but if your aggressive enough you can pull the enemy jungler top a lot to let your jungle gank the other lanes more. Ornn also makes a great grasp farm sandbag. Help your team against his ult with your own R+E
Gwen
Her immunity to ranged is annoying. Gotta have a mindset to predict her dash Q's to avoid taking too much damage from her. But if you shielded it well you can use your r+e to heal back up and then punish with nice Q + Grasp proc.
Viego
Lane phase is yours. You have great poke against him and escape if he tries to punish you in return. Watch for enemy ganks. Unless you have him tethered or a guaranteed kill when he goes invisible I wouldn't bother chasing due to his movement speed bonus. Late game he will have a decent chance to 1v1 you, but if you have the build for it, your kit should still be able to win albeit barely.
Illaoi
Not a difficult matchup for you. Try and keep moving to avoid getting your spirit pulled and try to keep her passive spawns down in the lane. If you do get hit by her pull, shield yourself to prevent more damage on you and punish her if she tries to hit it. Consider Grievous early to help fight her healing.
Fiora
Honestly with the new update, I think Fiora is the new perma ban for Karma, ugh
Warwick
A very easy matchup, the only real threat is his R. That with a well timed ignite can get you, but your range, shielding and healing outscale him in everyway into late game
