Im curious as to why you state in your build description that you dont take ignite because torment is better but in your summoner spells you take ignite?

I use CD runes, mostly because my rune setup is for Vlad. I agree, the reduction on his ult is nice, but overall the CD reduction is good, and since your build doesn't have any CD reduction items, it might be something to look into. CD/lvl would give you 11% CD reduction, and with golem buff (which you should always have) it's 26%. That leaves you a Spirit Visage away from max reduction, if so needed, but it's really not.

Just wondered about your runes, they are all AP runes - im finding cd reduction for blues to be quite effective since you can harass opponent like crazy and have like a 12 sec cd toggle ult. Has any1 else tried different runes for him?
