i just had the mana glyphs because its all i had when i made this

First off, Clarity is a very bad summoner spell for this champion. It will be useful for a few beginning levels, but after that it is just pointless. Second, you should really grab the dodge talent + the movement speed when an attack is dodged. Another thing is starting off with a Dorans item usually isn't the best idea, as almost anything else in the build would be a better choice.

I can see why you would build attack speed on a melee champion, but I just feel that this amount is overkill. There is no need to have that much attack speed for this champion. Another down to this is the mana per 5 glyphs, there just really isn't a point when you could have almost anything better.
