You could always get a Executioners Calling before the bloodthirster. Then get the bloodthirster later on in the game shorlty after madreds. That will give you the extra crit and life steal and will give fiora a cost effective item in the build that will also give her early lane sustainability. I mainly play as AD fiora and this is the first guide I have come across that closely resembles my build so if I think of any more suggestions for you I'll be sure to let you know.

Zyldara: Is more to have 70% chances to Critical hit, but of course that you can always replace it with Guardian Angel or anything else.
