This is basically a melee dps build. I take the bloodthirster's for the life steal, Talon gets hard to kill with allot of life steal plus his attack speed. The frozen mallet is only because of his health. He gets easy too kill in late game, atleast if you are not very fed :D If you gank allot, you can change boots into Boots of Swiftness or Mobility.

When you gank, its best to first use Shadow assault and cutthroat to him (Wich also silences him) then rake. Then just easily finish him off with Noxian diplomacy. Talon is a good ganker if he has the movement speed from boots and phantom dancer so try to save your ganks till you get atleast Zeal.

I first max out Rake for good harassment. In late game you can use Shadow assault to kill large minion kills, because the cooldown is so low.

I like having red buff on me as much as i can, if there is no jungler. I would like to point out that this is NOT a build for Ranked games. Just have fun playing Talon :D See you on the fields of justice!
