talon excels at dealing burst damage , he is the Ultimate assassin , your opponent will only blink once before death , use this build for a good reason or it will turn against you.

u take armor penetration marks and quints for early nice penetration , pen = more damage
armor seals for some survivabilty
mag resi per level glpyhs for survivability against mages

i take 22/0/8 for some nice damage and XP , helps u alot

phage/frozen mallet triggers ur passive (10% more damage on slowed/stunned/surrpressed enemys)
some CDR from the boots helps u ulti more often
some lifesteal and attackspeed wont hurt ^^ (u can change it with a phantom dancer)
infinity edge makes the crit hits harder
and tirnity force , nice movement some well balanced overall and specially the sheen effect , use it with ur "Q" ability
phantom dancer , movement speed and ofc the thing u all love , Crit chance
hextech , nice AD and AP , lifesteal and spell vamp togather

max rake 1st ur secondary damage and follow up ability
then noxian diplomacy , ur major spamming ability keep spaming it
cut throat really helps , katarina type , u can cast ulti and cast it instand damage on target with ulti and auto attack
ulti is a great escaping spell , u can cast it to escape in hard situations , really saves ***

Armor destroys him
gets focused in team fights
kind expensive build

u can play talon as a jungler , start at blue , then to wolfs , go to wraiths then golems then go to red , take over enemy jungle , dont forget to gank often
EDIT : sorry my jungling build failed at start , u cant jungle without someone who tanks blue for u a bit then he goes when he is low , just get someone get him to low hp let that person go away (so u get all the XP)

try to be the silencer of the team , silence important champs like soraka
cut out mage's damage dont try to be the super hero who goes alone , always help ur team no teamwork = lose..
