Welcome to my Talons guide - The Blades Shadow. Read, comment, fav and enjoy my build. Send to me yours reviews of it and say what could i correct.
Ahh, and please tell me what could i change in my build for improve. Thanks.

Runes

For runes i reccomend :
9 Greater Marks of Desolation - Armor piercing make him best with opponent with high armor.
9 Greater Seals of Resilience - Better armor for better survivability.
9 Greater Glyphs of Warding - Better magic defense for better survivability.
3 Greater Quintessences of Vigor - Faster hp regeneration for better survivability.

This seems like the Talon will be a tanker, but i think this make him good burst damage from piercing, and good survivability. Good on top and bot. Worse on mid, but still deadly.

Items

Items you can see in my build, but if you're the winning part of the game you could replace Quicksilver Sash into Frozen Mallet or Trinity Force which make you some more hp and guarantees your passive skill active. Trust me, 10% is more than you think! In 1400 critical hit 10 % is 140, so you'll get 1540 in 1 shot.

Skill Sequence

Rake

Rake is the most important skill that Talon have. It's ranged attack which slows the enemy by 20/25/30/35/40% for 2 seconds and hit them 2 times.You should max rake first to make yourself dangerous. You could harrass now and you don't have to stay close to your opponents.

Noxian Diplomacy

Noxian diplomacy is skill which adds some damage to your basic attack. It reset your auto-attack too, so use it after your basic attack.

Cutthroat

Cutthroat is just jump behind your enemy and silence him for a while(just 1 second, but it's all you need to. After it Talon gets bonus 3/6/9/12/15% damage for 3 seconds.

Shadow Assault

Shadow Assault is the special, ultimate Talons skill. Talon disperses a ring of blades and enters stealth while gaining additional Movement Speed (40%). When Talon emerges from stealth, the blades converge on his location. Every time a blade passes through an enemy, they receive physical damage. Stealth remain 2.5 second.
