This is a kind of short guide. I was to lazy to add anything. So I just wanted to make items, masteries, skills, and runes. I wasn't planning on adding in any chapters. I just wanted to show some of the items I use and what skills and what not. So if you vote this, vote based on the items, skills, masteries, and runes. Don't vote on it being to short or anything of that sort.
(I might add some things in that I want though.)

Quicksilver Sash - Get this item if there is way to much CC on the other team.

Frozen Mallet - This is the item I usually like to get because of the slow, mostly. And it gives you a huge health boost.

Black Cleaver - This is another item I like to get. If the enemy team is building to much armor, this will help you burst them down quicker because of it's passive. Plus it gives you a great amount of attack speed and attack damage. (If the enemy has above 100 armor, get the Last Whisper. If the enemy has below 100 armor get the [[Black Cleaver.)

Banshee's Veil - This is good against AP carries such as Veigar

Guardian's Angel - I only like this item because of the armor and magic resist. I sometimes like the revive because I can get an extra kill or so, but sometimes it just gets annoying.

Manamune - This will help with Talon's mana, so you can spam your skills more. Plus it has an awesome passive.

Hexdrinker - This is also a great item against heavy AP carries because of it's passive.

Cloak and Dagger - Cloak and Dagger is an awesome item because of it's tenacity. (I usually don't get this though.)

Last Whisper - This is a good replacement for the Black Cleaver. (If the enemy has above 100 armor, get the Last Whisper. If the enemy has below 100 armor get the [[Black Cleaver.)

This is a short explanation between the LW and the BC.

If the enemy has below 100 armor get the Black Cleaver because if you add up the passive it comes to 45 armor pen. But for the Last Whisper because it only has 40% armor pen., 40% or 100 is only 40 armor pen. As for the Black Cleaver it has 45.

Let's try it with 50 armor. If the enemy has 50 armor the Black Cleaver still has 45 armor. But the Last Whisper only adds 20 armor pen. because it's still only 40% armor pen.

But with a tank with 200 armor, the Black Cleaver STILL only adds 45. While the Last Whisper add 40% armor pen. which is 80 armor pen. In this case, the Black Cleaver is worst than the Last Whisper.

In conclusion, if the enemy has more than 100 armor get the Last Whisper, if the enemy has less than 100 armor, get the Black Cleaver. The Black Cleaver is still good since it adds the 50 attack damage and 30 attack speed, but the Last Whisper has 40 attack damage with no attack speed, it's only 10 damage lower, so it's not really worth it to get a Black Cleaver over the Last Whisper when the enemy has over 100 armor.
