Talon is a Damage character and shouldn't be built any other way. He is one of the kings of harassment. This is my first guide for him, i will be updating it as i find new and better ways to build him.

Runes are really optional but this is how I like to build him:

Arm Pen Mark: These are a must have on Talon, gives you that extra umph behind your attack
Armor Seal: Helpful early game as Talon doesn't have much at lvl 1
Magic Resist Glyph: Same as armor, he doesn't have much early stages
Move speed Quints: I just like these so i move like a ninja and can catch up to everyone

Exhaust is a must have on AD carries, which is what you are. Perfect for landing those kills or getting away from a death

Flash is perfect again for getting those kills or getting away.

Mercy Talons passive is Mercy. Gives you extra damage to people under crowd control. Slow, Stun, Snare, etc. As most of your spells slow or do some sort of that this is perfect.

This skill is very nice in combination with his cutthroat . The extra bleeding is an added extra.

This is his bread and butter. This skill has a low cool down, low mana cost, and does a decent amount of damage. Perfect for the early game farming faze and damage output.

This...my friends...is what makes Talon feared. This ultimate is amazing. It has a huge damage out put. You can also use it to get away from the invisibility it gives you.

This is the combo that will make you feared and probably targeted when it comes to team battles. You open up by cutthroat so that you get quickly to them and you get to silence them. Followed by a Noxian Diplomacy for that umph of damage. Then you cast your ultimate Shadow Assault to do that ****load of damage. If he isn't dead already then finish him off with Rake .

I like to start off with a Doran's Shield because it gives you some health, some hp regen so you can stay in lane longer, as well as some much needed armor, as Talon doesn't have much of it.

On your first trip back I generally buy and as much of as possible. The doran's ring gives you some more extra health and some damage, which is always good.

Your next trip back you should have enough for and most, if not all of .

Next you got your . Now the item you should always get. Get your and end up into a . This is a main item on talon because it slows enemies on every attack, which helps mercy.

Lastly your damage items. for the lifesteal and damage, for the even more damage and some crit. Then your For armor pen and even more damage. That pretty much finishes up your build.
