Introduction

First of all, this is my first guide so expect to see flaws.
Alright, let's get started.
Talon is a very strong assassin-type champion, demolishing enemies in clashes, or taking them out one by one without any problem, rest assured you have the correct items.
Try out my guide, maybe it will work out for you.

Runes

Okay, the runes are quite optional (for low-level summoners)
But you got to beef up Talon's armor and magic resist to stay alive in clashes or ganks, because when your ultimate Shadow Assault and your summoner spell Flash is in cooldown, things may get pretty ugly for you.

Items

Frozen Mallet works very well with your passive, mercy.
I also prefer Berserker's Greaves because when I play Talon I go for damage, so attack speed is a must.

Items

Bloodthirster is a core item for Talon because lifesteal is really needed during clashes, or you get taken out easily by the enemy assassin.

Items

Sword of the Divine and Quicksilver Sash are essential in taking down mages or anyone with enough cc to hold you down.
SoTD combined with your debuffs make you a force to be reckoned with.

Skill Sequence

Rake is a primary skill for Talon because of his passive, mercy.
After that, you prioritize other skills like Noxian Diplomacy and Cutthroat.
Your ultimate, Shadow Assault, is ideal for starting clashes or running away from the fray.

Summoner Spells

I prefer flash over Ghost, as you already have your ultimate, Shadow Assault.
Ignite really isn't necessary because of your first skill. Lastly,
Exhaust works well with your passive.

Pros/ Cons

Playing as Talon: Try combining Noxian Diplomacy and Cutthroat for massive damage. Your ultimate, Shadow Assault, can also be used as an escape tool when flash is in cooldown, since Talon enjoys increased Movespeed when he uses it.

Playing Against Talon: Talon's attacks primarily focuses on physical damage. Try building armor during early game. Try ganking or attacking Talon when you know his ultimate and his summoner spell flash is in cooldown, he is most vulnerable at his cooldown stage.
