Pros and Cons
+ Good early-mid game
+ Good chaser; can "stick" to enemies
+ Mana efficient
+ CD efficient abilities
Cons :
- Squishy
- Susceptible to focus fire
- Scaling into lategame depends all on itemization

: Everyone good but not for GP he has a Cleanse skill.^^
: Are you Dumb?! Revive is the worst thing there is!
: Surge is bad for Talon! Because Ability Power suck's and Attack Speed is otherwise good for Talon but the SS is not a good spell for Talon!( SS = Summoner Spell )
