Talon is a quick killing machine used for a swift easy kill. Talon is also good for running to avoid getting killed. His ULT and most other cool-downs are short timers so easy to kill then recall and u can be ready with another ULT. Frozen mallet so early lets his passive have full function. Giving him 10% bonus to attack.make sure to poke often with rake then when ur enemy is low on health use this combo of moves. shadow assault a bit away from target then use cuthroat to prevent tele away wile u hit him once with your basic attack and allow your shadow assault blades to come back taking a large chunk from the enemy. After ur basic attack hits use noxian diplomacy. This will make him bleed out a wile as well. Your frozen mallet will be slowing him allowing for more basic attacks hopefully killing him.
