Talon Passive Ability
Introduction
Talon is an AD assassin and excels at just that, singling out targets and raping them to oblivion.
I'll explain a bit of the synergy with the items and Talon's abilities.
Trinity Force: Talon's q grants him additional damage on the next hit, and it just overall adds to the faceroll of his nuke.
Youmuu's: With the cdr, armpen, and active, it just overall adds to Talons awsomeness, if you missed your rake, you'll have enough time to catch up to them and slow them before they get to that tower, and at level 3, Talon's ulti has a mere 33 second cooldown!
Infinity Edge: I mainly get this item for the extra damage output with Talon's nuke, but the extra crit chance is a very good bonus.
Frozen Mallet: Talon's passive grants him an extra 10% damage on targets with any kind of CC on them, not only is this what make's Frozen Mallet a MUST, but the extra tankiness is extremely good.
Guardian Angel: Of course this item is situational, if the team is well thought-out and balanced, go for it, but if they're all ad or their 1 ap is underfed, go for a thornmail, if they're all ap or their 1 ad is underfed, go for a quicksilver sash, the active is extremely useful too as Talon's only escape is his ulti, which at the end reveals to where you've gone anyway, or juking onto enemy minions with his e, which is dangerous, especially early game.

I max my rake first because it's extremely good for farming, Talon has no mana problems so this should be fine, I max q second, because, well, it's his second best ability, and I pick up 1 level in his e and leave the rest for later, because the duration of the silence doesn't change and the blink doesn't change either, and the damage amplifier isn't as good as his other abilities.
Recommended:
Exhaust: Fantastic for chasing down those guys who you just couldn't kill quick enough, or for escaping a terrifying melee carry.
Flash: A must for any champion who doesn't have any decent escapes.
Viable:
Ghost: Good for Talon if you're dying a lot and want an extra escape
Teleport: If you find you're backing a lot this is good to quickly get back into the action.

Passive: Absolutely fantastic passive, this is what makes frozen mallet so truly amazing on Talon.
Q: Great for finding those annoying dukers like Lee Sin and Le Blanc, if they blink, just pop your flash to secure the kill. Also great synergy with Sheen proc.
W:Amazing farm and harass ability, not only is it a cone aoe, but it does double damage because it acts like a boomerang.
E:Blink, Silence, Damage Amplifier, what more could you ask for in one ability? The best thing is you only need 1 rank in it for its full potential.
ULTI:This is what makes Talon truly shine. Pure faceroll. Stupid damage. Stealth. Movement speed. If you blink to a champion while theyre facing you after your ulti, 9 times out of 10 every blade will hit them. The most important thing to remember with Talon's ulti is to always blink to the champion while theyre facing you, if they're running away almost none of the blades will hit. So it's a great ability for cutting off a champion who's already running away from a fight. If you're using it for an escape keep in mind that when the blades move back, the enemy team will know where you're headed.

Talon is a fantastic champion, don't be put off by his weakness early game, because even with 2 doran's blades, you can still pack a punch early on, but when you hit level 6, it's faceroll time. Talons main combo is to ulti, blink onto a champion, rake, q, auto auto auto.
