Spells:
Flash
Exhaust
Ability Order
Blade's End (PASSIVE)
Talon Passive Ability
Talon the Ninja
I bought talon instant, i like new champs simply but seeing their mechanics and have loads of IP and dont have really something to use it.
I find talon a mix of akali and kata, the burst damage of a akali good with pursuits and annoying as both. he has a shunpo like spell that silences but with a long cooldown and an ulti that makes **** loads of damage. I do consider him a bit OP but he is an assassin and if you fed him blame yourself not the champion.
Marks:
Straight foward AD rune build imo. ArP is by far the best stat AD can have early-mid-late game, it makes those players that buy armor items go WTF, Damage.
Seals:
i choose dodge simply it can save you life, a dodge can not only allow you to escape but actually make you do the kill blow and not them.
Glyphs: Starting with dorans blade will give you a punch in armor so flat magic res glyphs and per-level glyphs will actually help against early and mid game AP champs
Quintessences: Flat ArP giving you almost 25 ArP at level one enough for most champions

I follow my simple carry AD masteries 21/0/9
Damage to increase critical chance, AS, ArP, CD reduction, Crit damage and ofc Havoc for more damage.
He is an assassin he is suppose to be higher level than others and do damage.
utility i go for mostly the increase xp, 5% is not alot but helps you getting back into the game if you by any chance fall behind

Why dorans shield over dorans blade
Simple, dorans blade gives you 3% lifesteal so if you hit for 100 it gives you 3hp and normally your AS till lvl 6 is below 1.0 so that means if you keep attacking it gives you about 9hp per 5s.
Dorans shield gives you flat 8hp/5 and as a melee champ it benefits your sustability in lane. go dorans blade if your ranged.
i try to rush either a BF sword if i get fed in lane but most of time i go brutalizer, lets me get AD and enough gold for boots to help you chase.
Alot of players rush Frozen Mallet, it syncs really well with talon due to his passive. Well since your basicly maxing Rake(W) your slow, farming harrassing skill it gives you the slow the burst down a champ and what syncs best is more Damage. not only is the second most AD oriented Item it also gives you lifesteal and talon farms really well, its hard not get 40 stacks on it honestly. Then i move for the last item on my core since most of my games are lucky to even finish this one. Trinity Force, self explanatory, slow, movement and attack speed and the sheen proc. Cuttrhoat doesnt do dmg, well thanks to sheen now does :)
Start your trinity with phase, survavability, 25% slow and more AD
After that just go with it. Frozen mallet for HP, slow and some damage but here is where you decide your defense item. i wont explain why one is better than the other. All items works with all champs, some better than others, analyze enemy and make your choice.
Normally i take Frozen mallet then Madreds Bloodrazor. Those teams that think that armor will solve it all or that annoying Massive HP tank that thinks he's godly, well these items make you a overall threat
