Runes

I chose for armour penetration and ad per level runes to improve the damage you can deal.

Masteries

I choose for 21/0/9 masteries for the same reason as the Runes, just to optimize your damage dealt.

Items

You´d like to go for Doran´s blade as a starter, because it makes you able to farm a bit with your "W" skill without losing health. Then you go for Berserker Greaves right after that, because if your enemie is faster then you, he'll escape easily, and you will hit too slow on early game. Then go for Phantom dancer that allows you to crit more and move and hit faster. After that go for infinity edge to optimize your critical damage and your damage that you deal. You can do infinity edge before Phantom Dancer, but before you go for Infinity Edge, buy Zeal first. The vampiric Scepter is just for a bit lifestealing so you can regain health when you are farming minions. Some people like to go for Trinity Force right after Berserker Greaves, but that's not realy good, because you won't hit too much with it with that low damage. After Trinity Force you can improvise what you want to buy after it, but I preffer to get Bloodthirster and Youmuu's Ghostblade.
