It's my first Guide. I may have some fails about english and build tools...Talon is not a rightclick champ (look like all says ). Talon's skills make him powerfull. To deal nice and fast damage u should know how to do that.

Pros:
Really nice early damage with Noxian Diplomacy.
Easy to get in our get out from a fight.
Really funny and actionly to play.
Has a really cool dance (increases moonwalk) :D.
Passive can be very usely sometimes.
Very effectice in early and late game.
Very usely ulti (increases stealth).
If team doesn't suck, he can carry the team.
Cons:
Very squisy if u can't guess when to get in our get out a fight.
It's not tank u can't easily get into 3 guys and get out from them with killing some1 if u think it is a tank.
Go and buy garen if u don't wanna play with squishy champs and if u wanna hurp durp I'm still alive omg.
Note: I may be did a lot of write fails in this part. So oops :D.

I pick Armor Pen. Marks to deal more damage with auto attack and skills. Because all of our skills deal phsycal damage. And I pick Dodge seals to reduce the damage we take. And I pick attack speed glyhps to maximize our damage. Quints are same with Marks, Armor Pen. for a better damage..

I gave point to Cripple mastery to make exhaust spell more usely. Others are the general masteries..

I didn't buy attack speed items because we already have enough attack speed from our runes. I focused on attack damage to empoer our combos. We will dash into enemy, we will make him bleed, and we will make him silence ! . After combo finished, if the target is not death chase him with your ulti or run from him with your ulti and keep dealing damage to him.

I open Rake first to slow our enemies and take more chance to first blood. Secondly I open Noxian Diplomacy to deal high damage in early and late game. And I open Cuttroath to make our enemies silenced or chase them up to grab the kill. I max those skills in this sequence and always give ulti point as rapidly as u can.

Exhaust: When u can't make your enemy enough slow to chase him up u can use this to kill.
Flash: Very usely chasing and running spell when your ulti gets not enough to you.
