Runes

For runes I take:

-> 9 Physical Damage Marks - These physical damege Marks and Seals help you a lot in the early game because you'll start with +12 Attack Damage (with Doran's Blade as well);

-> 9 Physical Damage Seals - Same reason as last one;

-> 9 Flat Cooldown Reduction Glyphs - Just to deal better with Talon's Cooldowns;

-> 3 Armor Penatration Quintessences - Just to give you that EXTRA damage boost.

Masteries

The masteries are pretty simple, standard DPS ones... Just make sure to hit that Improved Exhaust ;D

Skill Sequence

Just max up first "Rake" - Talon's second ability - and then just follow up maxing "Noxian Diplomacy" and "Cut Throat", respectively.

Pros / Cons

PROS:

-> Extremely good Assassin;

-> Extremely good Farmer;

-> Extremely good Ganker;

-> High amount of HP, even being a DPS;

-> Has amazing skills and rarely gets out of mana;

-> Can get it and out of battle pretty quicly.

CONS:

-> Quite fragile when CC'ed;

-> Large CD's for an Assassin (not THAT large though)

-> Stupid /d.
