So, this is basically the only build I run on Mord, its great in pretty much any team comp (ranked approved) so enjoy and I hope this helps you further your skills in the way of the Mordekaiser. ^^

Pros:
*great farmer/pusher
*easy to make a fight 6 on 4
*has decent damage output (even before WotA and deathcap)
*and usually isn't subject to being targeted in fights

Cons:
*lacks self CC
*works off health which makes early game laning phase difficult

For runes I run:

Magic Pen Marks
Dodge Seals(or armor)
Magic Resist Glyphs
Health Quints

I run the Magic Pen Marks for the early burst dmg.

I use Dodge seals cuz imo those work out the best for tanks and so do armor seals...so whichever u have will work sufficiently.

the Magic Resist Glyphs help out for the early tankyness.

and the Health Quints are nice for the early health and are especially good for Mord cuz of how his skills work off draining health.

For Masteries I run a standard 9-21-0

The reason behind putting 21 into defense is because this is a tank-like build and working with 21 points in your masteries helps out a bunch for the early game phase and does help the late game scale a lot.

The 9 points in offence are great for the early game AP and CD and the improved ignite helps give you a little boost in your AP which helps out a lot when harassing.

Its highly un recommended by...me and anyone who plays mord a lot to run 21 points into offence because of the skills its improves, its all for ad/ad-like champions.

running in utility can also work, if you would rather run 0-21-9 to grab the extra XP gain (which is very helpful while soloing) and the gold gain isn't a lot but it could prove useful in some scenarios.

My items are...some what different from other Mordekaiser builds I've seen.

I grab the doran's shield first for the nice early game stats it gives you.

The Sorcerer's boots are great for the magic pen which helps a lot for harassment

I then grab Regrowth Pendants which as I mentioned above Mord's skills work off his health so having the health regen just makes everything so much easier.

The I grab a Negatron Cloke and turn all of it into a Force of Nature

Next off I grab a Giants belt for that well needed survivability and then grabbing a Ruby crystal and another regrowth pendant I turn all of that into a Warmogs.

Next we start going into the AP items, I grab a Hextech Revovler and turn that into a Will of the Ancients.

after WotA I take a Rabbadon's Deathcap for the holy****ing**** burst.

finishing off with a Rylais Crystal Scepter for the slow and survivability.

For Summoner spells you always want to take Ignite cuz with mords ult and ignite its just so easy to finish targets off.

Ghost is a great spell for kiting, Flash is also a great spell if you prefer.

So basically this build will give you the survivability an off tank needs, the dmg output that will have the enemy team crying and the CC that will just make the enemy team's game a ****ing disaster.
