This is my first time making a guide but I'm a avid LoL and Singed player.

This is a build for a Tsnky singed who can start fights solo slowly burn down a group of enemies health then run away while the team can finish them off. its a lil slow can be hard to get the hang of in the begging but i haven't lost many if any matches when i play this build seriously and have a competent team.

personally i go with Magic pen marks since at lower lvls alot of ppl have magic resist per lvl per lvl so my poison will hit prett hard in the beggining then at later lvls it will still help in fights.
Then for Seals i got with the Flat armor to keep the tank feeling on AD toons
Now with the Glyphs most ppl like to get magic resist per lvl but i like flat magic resist for my tanks since i like the edge in the beginning then my gear gives me all the MR ill ever need at the end
For my Qunits i go for Movement speed cause a fast singed is a happy singed run in and run away

i like Ghost and Clarity for my tanky singed Ghost for catching ppl at low health or turret diving or just plainly running away.
I'm quite fond of Clarity do to the fact a singed without mana is a useless singed, with that in mind ppl like to harass the manaless singed lure them to your turret pop clarity and fling goop poison ult there is a dead enemy.

For masteries i like to use 0-21-9 it gives me 5% more movement speed as long as im over 70% health and allows me to (after forcing enemies to retreat) farm minions between enemy turrets while mine kill the turret with lil risk

[*] Feeds on stupid ppl.

CONS
[*] Slows can ruin a singed (good ashe, frozen mallet, Rylai's Crystal Scepter, Ect..).
[*] All his abilities are close range(unless you're chasing him).
[*] A Full out gank at lvl 18 is one of the few ways you can die.

Singed is to be played as a coward run in DoT run out, until lvl 6 and you get your ult.
After lvl 6 you can pop ult run in harass and possibly kill anything other than other tanks or WELL fed enemies. play with the mind set that you are half chicken, half baby calf. After your geared and the baby grows into a bull can your chick grow into a c**k. always pop yours ult before you run in to attack a group and zig-zag them and try to herd them into the jungle for your team to slaughter them. Its that easy if you hit 50% Hp start to run at 25% dont stop unless your ult is up then run away while killing and do what singed is ment to do Troll.
