Why overcap your CDR so hard?

Quick point: GP does not counter Alistar at all and Thresh has so much CC that it makes me barf, so GP cant really always deal with Thresh.
Also, try not to publish unfinished guides. I'd rather not downvote but meh(and is C2V on?).

Some hints about Runes and Masteries: If you're planning to go for Armor Quintessences you should consider Health Seals because they are much stronger now than +1 Armor Seals. About Masteries choices like Enchanted Armor are not worth at all.
