Introduction
Solo laning with Garen is simple as my guide. Try harras with Q and E. Stack your W immеdiately and do not leave until 6 lvl. Then u will have enough gold for your core items like "Boots of speed" "Heart of gold" AND "Sword of divine"(good for tanky ,cuz you can stack it easy in the team fights ) ,IF your game is starting well..
You can pick a choice between "Thornmail"" or "Force of nature" depending on the enemy team or u can sell your "Aegis of the legion" for both. (but only if Warmog is fully stacked..)

Its simple ,if u arent feeded yet be u cant tank teamfights and support ur team with havvy dmg output. So my Tip is ..farm.. early for the win.
Summoner Spells
Use Exhaust .This is the best spell for Garen - very usefull in teamfights > use it on carryes if they are not focused by others to low the dmg <.
U can use Cleanse of course if u want to be perfect runner , but we talk about fot some insane dmg and being untouched in hp bar.
