Your items give you two major abilities, with the Talisman your whole team speeds up, and with randuins their whole team slows down. This helps you cover ground and land stuns easily. Your cinderhulk gives you the ability to take dragons early, speed up leashes to get that first gank in, and secure Baron. It also allows you to tank a LOT better.
