Your build has 313 AP.
You have completely wrong masteries for Damage and yet you max dazzle first.
Your items aren't really even that tanky.
You don't have enough mana for heals or to even "stun every 6 second" like you claim.
It is the "Worst guide ever" because it has a total of 24 words and basically just says you should lane with garen.
Like I said before, you completely missed the point of my guide and just down voted me because you are a crybaby.

LOL I must have forced a surrender on you and you're butt hurt. 1. Mejais gives the most ap for cost unless you're a bad player which might be your problem. 2. Any "pro" who tries to kill me after my first burst will have a hard time doing that considering they are stunned and i'm already gone. 3. 500 ap combined with a Deathfire Grasp is not weak. 4. You obviously haven't tried this build.

this is true noob. one: no pro ever gets a mejais every game. two: no pro will let you live past your first burst. three: 500 ap is weak. four: this build is weak. *** you ( no vote )

Yes, you certainly are a glass cannon with this build but I've become pretty effective at avoiding enemies. The key is to keep them running away from you and not take on two at one time. I sometimes buy MR if they have a strong, skilled AP carry. Thanks for your advice and vote!

I like the Idea but I see some flaws with the build. Ap taric has 2 skills that do not scale 1 bit with magic pen and because of that defensive items and or CDR would be amazing for him if you can get it insead. (Say like Zhonya's or Abyssal instead of Void Staff). No matter who you are playing you are going to need resistances, if they stun you most teams will be able to burst you down from 2k hp if they try to. (Merc Treads instead of Sorc boots maybe). That being said most of the game you wont fear AD as much as AP (even if you didnt have shatter aura at all) because healers fear burst damage, not sustained. For that fact you are going to want MR badly to survive in a team fight. Dont get me wrong Its a great build if your not focused. Also I didnt downvote (I upvoted) so you wont think this has to do with me having a guide up.
Edit: I would really think about adding either flash or ghost for this because without them if you are ganked early game... Well lets say game over unless you are by a bush and you can juke well.

It's obvious that you didn't read the build and just down voted this because I down voted yours(for good reason). As much as cooldown would be nice, This is a burst damage build and maxing cooldown isn't going to help as much as just doing more damage. Defensive stats do not come into play because with an armor aura and two heals you shouldn't be dying much.

Cooldown isn't capped.. And you have bad defensive stats, and low health. Buy some items to defend yourself
