KingEmonerd, I level up all my skills at the same pace since I use my heal a lot and a bigger heal helps a ton, but what I might do is get dazzle and just level up the other two skills first.
As far as boots go I haven't tried too many adaptations for this build so I'm always open to new suggestions.
As for the team fight section I was implying that the tank would go in first, but I read it again and it wasn't really clear so I changed it immediately.
Thank you all for the comments and I will fix the guide as I play more with this build.

A few questions though:
- Why not max a skill at Lv.9? I think maxing Shatter by that point gives you an edge over the enemy in terms of defense, but your guide shows a pattern-y level-up. Why is that?
- Why go for Berserker's Greaves? You already obtain 142% Atk.Spd. from the other items depicted, so getting that extra bit of bulk gives you an advantage of some sort, nah?
As far as the guide goes... I'd love you to go a bit more in-depth as far as items and Summoner Spells go, those sections seem a bit... flat, if you will. Also, the part of the teamfight is simply incorrect. A 0CS Taric without any bulk will not last a flying second if he goes in first, meaning it's simply faulty.
A reply and/or adaptation to your guide will net you a vote.

i advise you to get Trinity Force Earlier and to leave out Wit's End and get Hextech Gunblade
