buy ur starting items, farm defensive, dont harass too much only if he gets cocky , try to use ur e when they are between the minions and try to lasthit, this way u farm and harass. dont focus on harassing at early, MF costs much mana. try to ask for bluebuffs later.

and for the 6th item: i prefer lichbane, better poke, rylais for ulti and Q slow for better teamfightS/ganks, if u get focused too much get hourglass.

use ur W if u use Q to harass, use E to slow/gank/ whatever, if u position urself right ur ult can obliterate other teams and help ur teammates get kills too.
