Introduction

Teemo

He is ranged/DPS/Scout/Mage champion, Using his shrooms at 3 vs 3 it's supper effective so you can destroy enemies really fast.

Items

I've choosen this items to get some speed at start so you can dodge ranged Mundo/Ezreal attacks, then some cooldown reduction to take faster shrooms, and finally HP/Mana/AP

Game-Play

At start you should go solo lane lvling fast to 6 lvl and warding up whole map with shrooms, first shroom all middle jungle (Red buff/Bushes on down lane)
choose good locations so the shroom will see champions but not attack them ...
and when you need to run. Run through the shrooms. So enemy will be harrased easily and killed by you.
Try to play carefully teemo don't have too much HP so you will need to farm killing minions or with your team help ganking through the shroom way ...
then when you will have more HP you can start to attack them and again run through the shrooms ...
When enemy bought oracle change your build to AS/AD ...

Spells

i think that theese spels are perfect for teemo he got alot of movement speed so he can fast run from enemy and when caugh use your flash and run ...
No heals clarity etc.
