Dude, first of all, did you even try it out? Second, would you care to be a bit more in-depth about your comment? This is my first guide and I dont expect it to be perfect, but to tell me what you dont like is the least you could do.

I like the guide, the dominion items were AMAZING.

I would make a shroom guide for dominion, but my PC recently broke down, im on a net book right now, haven't played LoL for at least a week... It may be another 2 weeks before i get a computer to play on.

(sorry for spam) you could also make a mushroom placement in Oblivion eeehhh Dominion lol

so tried it and isnt bad at all. but you could improve it :3 is better then the average guide though

oh and ghost might be better then flash because its better for chasing and running away with your W though. exhaust is nice even if I prefer ignite

check the dominion items again because you dont buy the Last Whisperer anymore. and if you think about putting the whisperer in situational it might be not a THAT good idea (nothing against its your build) because you are AS actually and less AD :D

Last Whisper should be a situational item, this is because it give your PERCENT penetration so if they dont have any armor you will kinda waste some money.
