Teemo. Little crazy Teemo. We all know the story about him, but if someone doesn't this is it:

Teemo. While he enjoys - and in fact needs - the level of community and companionship inherent to all yordles, Teemo feels it so strongly that he ventures out on his own to destroy the enemies of Bandle City. There is something that switches off in Teemo, so that the lives he ends do not burden him. It seemed only logical to send him to fight in the League of Legends as the champion of Bandle City. He has taken to the League like a duck to water, seeking out the foes of the yordles and extinguishing them with the rare ajunta poison he personally gathers from the jungles of ***ungu. However, the limited company of his own kind wears on Teemo, and cracks are beginning to show in his innocent and chipper fade.

''Though he is known as the Swift Scout, it is clear that Teemo is actually something else - the unrepentant assassin of Bandle City.''


In this build I will concentrate on building a pure AP Teemo that will own early game so it won't come to late game (although if it does don't worry - you'll be so fed up you'll tear apart more-less everyone).

So this will come as a shock to everyone and not many people will agree with this, but before you start flaming like crazy - try it.
So, the runes are: 9 , 9 , 9 and of course 3 .

I know - OMG LEPI ARE YO CRAZY TOTALLY USELESS RUNES.

NO! Disagree. Why?

These runes + masteries give you a total of 35 AP at level 1. Add a Doran's ring and you have 50 AP on level 1. That will impress anyone and will make your Toxic shots hurt. A lot.

This will be controversial as well.

I like to start with . With the masteries and runes I have 50 AP at level 1 which is pretty awesome. This gives you everything you need early game - Health, mana regen and AP.

Then I like to get . You move faster, you get CDR for your mushrooms - excellent.

The next item I rush is . It gives you more AP, attack speed (which makes Teemo's Toxic shot a lot more effective), mana regen which you need because when you start putting your mushrooms everywhere it will make your mana disappear in no time, and also precious CDR which is great for your mushrooms.

After these things I usually take . More attack speed, a bit more AP and a pretty cool passive make this item worthwhile on Teemo.

By now you should have a few kills and assists. Now you should take . This gives you the edge, gives you a lot of AP and make your Toxic shot and Mushrooms shred your opponents.

By this time you are more-less over. If not buy just to get a bit more survivability as well as a cool passive for your Q spell.

I like to start with Toxic shot and max it out first, taking my ulti whenever I can. I also put 1 point in W on level 3 and then max out Q.

For summoner spells I use and . Ghost is great for running away as well as running into a fight. Teleport is a great element of surprise. Teleport to your Mushroom and they'll never see you coming.... until it's too late.

I will update this as soon as I can with a map of where to put mushrooms and how to move. For this build you must be aggressive and never back down. You will die a few times but you will have a lot of kills and an enormous amount of assists with your mushrooms (although I don't, I just KS with them :P ).
