Been There, buddy... plain ap/as loses when it comes to my playstile against things like madreds and Frozen Mallet when end game comes. I've played a lot with Nashor too.
And with the runes + golem buff, you get 30% cdr, and that can keep your shrooms comming.


As Asfastasican said, the Doran Shield provides more hps while lettin you outlast your opponent and you don't have to keep attackin your creeps to regen, that means you don't push your lane too hard and is less vulnerable to ganks from junglers or side laners(even stealth ones).

It's hard to say if dorans blade is better. They both give health, but the regen gives you just as much, if not more, health back than blade does early game. Blades make sense if you stack them on other ranged carried but the armor you get with shield helps teemo outlast his opponent while poisoning him.

swap out the dorans shield for or and you have yourself a great build +1 =)

for all I know, casters always stomped Teemo in teamfights. Anyways, the build is really nice and gets a +1 from me. Maybe you could talk a little about summoner spells.

Take Nashor's tooth into consideration.
