Introduction

The fast! The swift! The poisonous! Teemo is here with a brand new build! Deliver several stinging darts to your enemies within seconds to score the kill! Wipe out entire battlefields of minions! Creep in the shadows, then use the element of suprise to your advantage! Hut, two, three, dead!

Runes

These runes focus around the purpose of this build - attack speed with a pinch of ability power! Feel free to change them if you want!

Masteries

The masteries also give you the focus on the more offensive side. Change them to your will, but the masteries, to me, are fine at the point they're at.

Items

Malady - Heh, this is an awesome addition to Teemo. Attack speed, AND ABILITY POWER!
Nashor's Tooth - Just like the Malady, BUT BETTER!
Stark's Fervor - Life steal, and attack speed. How better can it get?
Black Cleaver - This will give you the prick you need to take enemies out with a sting!
Madred's Bloodrazor - "Pfft, you guys got a tank? No problem!" This blows tanks away, and even squishies!
2000 HP - +80
2500 HP - +100
3000 HP - +120
3500 HP - +140
And so on.
Berserker's Greaves - Need I explain?

Substitutes

Black Cleaver's Sub - Frozen Mallet or Rylai's, for whenever you're getting targeted.

Substitute for Nashor's tooth - Phantom Dancer, need4speed?

Pros / Cons

Pros

Great for ambushes!
Late game slayer!
Poops on the entire team in a second!
DoT's like a boss! (Damage over Time)
Makes Master Yi get ****tied on! (Blind)

Cons

Squishy as FFFFFFF- fudge.
Stuns make him useless
Not very much CC
