This is my first guide i've been building teemo this way for a long time and it's worked for me very well. last time i've used this build i went 29-8 i hope this build will help you out. comment and give me feed back. i didn't use any runes for teemo. i will update runes later. for the final item of my build you have to decide on to go more ap heavy or ad heavy i would make your judgement at your opposing foes builds. like are they built for ad tank? or ap tank? you have to look what they will be weaker to. If you choose AP i would get Zhonya's hour glass because no one likes a teemo who could kill people instantly use that hourglass effect to tank on coming foes and have your team clean up and flash out. if you choose AD i would finish off with the infinity edge if piled flash out and hope your team stuns the people are after you and blind them and finish them off.

Runes i would get AD and AP runes for that early good harassment. attack speed for that good early farm. depending on the champions you fight magic pen or armor pen. make sure you make 2 sets for runes. example ur team ad heavy you want to get your magic pen to deal the extra damage.

Pros
-a lot of attack speed
-So much damage
-Your hybrid tanks will have problems with you even voli.
-Fast movement speed with blind
-Once you get up to life steal easy jungling and farming-
Cons
-If you don't know how to dodge and use blind correctly you may die
-if you can't control zones you will be out farmed
-if stunned your gona die i think that's for every adc champ
-if your not used to being aggressive to get those early kills this build is not for you.
