early you shit on her, get an early kill and she wont be able to beat you 1v1 even at 6.

playing it right you should just zone him at all times, if he ever wants to go on you, just Q him, hit him and move away.

if you dont juke his Q and W, you could be in trouble, or else just poke him down.
Darius
DONT GET HOOKED and you will win this lane.
Dr. Mundo
rush a lot of mr pen and dont let him farm.
Ekko
dodge his Q and poke him down.
Fiora
if youre nt careful, she will snowball and wreck you, poke her down and always have Q for when she dashes at you, careful with her W blocking the blind though.
Fizz
poke him early, he wont be able to keep up and have to B or die, zone him and it shouldt be too hard to win this one.
Gangplank
pretty hard matchup with his barrels being ranged and his W removing debuffs, farm up and wait for your jg or him to mess up.
Garen
very easy lane if you just poke him constantly so he dosent get his passive going, zone poke = win
Gnar
poke him when his Qs down and when hes mega and not ranged for a while, your base damage is just better.
Gragas
same as garen but with a ranged skill and a dash making him a little more scary than garen.
Graves
he has high damage, sustain and an ok range, stay safe farm up and play on mistakes or ganks.
Hecarim
tanky bruiser champion, he has a lot of mobility but with your shrooms you can cc him enough for some good trades.
Heimerdinger
very hard lane, wait for a gank an just power farm. ( careful with turrets )
Illaoi
very very dificult lane since she has high damage, sustain and is tanky. farm what you can and wait for the ganks, even then, careful with her ultimate and healing from its tentacles.
Irelia
a hard lane, but if played correctly you can stomp her, careful with her stun and always have that Q ready for when she goes on you.
Jarvan IV
very hard lane, his gap closer just wrecks teemo early, stay very safe and wait for jg.
Jax
average lane, poke him down and save your Q for when he tries to stun jump you, all he can do is aa anyways.
Jayce
Dont get hit by EQ combo and you win.
Kayle
hard lane, strong early poke like teemo, better to farm up and wait for ganks.
Kennen
dont get Qd too much and poke him down, shouldnt be too hard.
Kha'Zix
very easy, a stomp lane if you just poke him until hes dead all the time.
Lee Sin
ont let him Q you, stay behind minions, farm and poke, not a hard lane.
Lissandra
very annoying poke with her Q and a safe champion, mobility and poking her is key to winning this one.
Lulu
annoying with her Q poke and polimorph, try to play on mistakes or her CDs.
Malphite
easy lane if you just build the mr pen and poke while farming.
Maokai
annoying with his sustain and endless ultimate, stack mr pen and poke him down, youre still able to win this one.
Master Yi
very easy, wreck him early and just snowball off it.
Nasus
you can deny him Q stacks with your blind and kill him a few times early, but its nasus, late game he wrecks you.
Nautilus
annoying tanky with damage mix, the Hextechs sustain will make this lane a lot easier.
Olaf
He cancels your Blind with his ultimate, annoying but winable lane.
Pantheon
very hard lane with his strong early poke.
Poppy
annoying lane but can be won with some mr pen.
Renekton
easy lane if you just poke him down, dont let him near you or else he will wreck you.
Rengar
very easy lane if you just save your Q for when he uses his stacks on you, poke him and dont let him have the bushes.
Riven
easy lane as long as you position well, she will only kill you using flash stun if you play it right.
Rumble
not the easiest or hardest lane, kinda same as gnar.
Ryze
hard lane, his spells have enough range for him to outrade you most of the time.
Shen
very easy lane, stack mr pen, dodge his taunt and just poke him down.
Singed
singed is very annoying, if you dont kill him early he will just proxy and kill you since hes so tanky but still has good damage with his poison.
Sion
sion is the same as singed, without the proxy, he will just wreck you since u will barely deal any damage to him.
Swain
swain is such a hard lane, you have to all in him with ignite very early to hope to get a lead, past 6 he will just heal too much.
Taliyah
avoid her Q and W, shes squishy enough for you to wreck her just on mistakes.
Talon
fairly easy lane if u stomp him early, past 6 he can beat you if youre not ahead.
Teemo
well, may the best teemo win. use your passive and shrooms to try to outskill him.
Trundle
very annoying lane, easy to poke early but his lv 6 all in is just too much, farm safe and wait for ganks.
Tryndamere
very easy lane if you harass him early and have the Q ready if he jumps on you.
Vayne
timing your blind right and not getting Ed = win
Volibear
annoying passive for that early kill, but with enough pressure you can win.
Vladimir
very annoying but your raw damage is higher early, try to play on mistakes though, hes very strong.
Wukong
easy lane if you just harass him and dont waste your skills on his clone.
Yasuo
very easy lane, harass him and Q safely because if he block it with his wall he will win the trade or even kill you.
Yorick
very hard lane since he has so much heal and damage at a distance. farm and ait for a gank.
Zed
if you are able do dodge his Qs, you should win this lane.
My summoner name is King Strider and i play in the Brasil server and am currently gold 4, i dont play ranked too much, but teemo is always a go to champion in the top lane, and sometimes even mid. this is my first guide so i wont make it too extensive, initial feedback would definately help me make this guide better. thanks !
Some tips for teemo are start the game invisible near where the minions meet and once ur opponent gets to lane start harassing already to make them back off. a lv 2 or 3 all in with flash and ignite is very strong on teemo since his poison is also damage over time, this first kill will help you snowball hard. you can also push the wave in and wait invisible, once your opponent gets there just use all you have and it will at least make them waste a flash. make a wall of shrooms to be aware of any enemy jg ganks, and maybe the most important tip of all, get to know teemos damage, his hits, his Q his shrooms and his over time damage from his E, that way you can safely kill champs with all the DOT while already backing off into safety. i hope some of you guys try out this build ! i tried to be very brief while still giving enough information! thanks again.
