Always pick flash.
Pick ignite if you want to go aggressive and barrier if you want to play safe.
I recommend barrier, because you're rather squishy.

During laning fase, it is best to place your shrooms at locations where junglers could come in to gank you, for example: river bush (or just the river), and just place them in lane by the side. These are just some example be creative with your shroom placement!
