Chapter 1

Hi this its my first guide hope u enjoy with it, also i would like to know my mistake to make better guides in the future ;)

Teemo Skills

Camouflage : If Teemo stands still for 2 seconds without taking damage, he becomes stealthed (damage will break this effect). Moving or taking actions will break Teemo out of stealth and give him Element of Surprise, increasing his attack speed by 40% for 3 seconds.

Blinding Dart: Obscures an enemy's vision with a powerful venom, dealing magic damage to the target unit and causing all their attacks to miss for the duration.

* Cooldown: 8 seconds
* Range: 680

Cost: 70 / 80 / 90 / 100 / 110 Mana
Magic Damage: 80 / 125 / 170 / 215 / 260 (+0.8 per Ability Power)
Blind: 1.5 / 1.75 / 2 / 2.25 / 2.5 seconds

Move Quick: Teemo scampers around, increasing his movement speed. If Teemo gets hit by a champion or turret while Moving Quick, he gets knocked out of it.

* Cooldown: 8 seconds
* Cost: 40 Mana to activate

Movement Speed: 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 %

Toxic Shot (Passive): Each time Teemo deals damage to an enemy, he will poison the target, dealing damage on hit and each second for 4 seconds. Magic Damage on hit: 9 / 18 / 27 / 36 / 45 (+0.14 per Ability Power)

Magic Damage per second: 6 / 12 / 18 / 24 / 30 (+0.14 per Ability Power)

Noxious Trap: Teemo places a trap which stealths and arms in 1.5 seconds. It detonates if an enemy steps on it, dealing magic damage and poisoning nearby enemies. Poisoned enemies take magic damage and have their movement speed slowed for 4 seconds. Traps last 10 minutes. Teemo gains a "stored mushroom" charge every few seconds. Maximum three charges. Each cast requires and consumes a charge.

* Collision Area of Effect: 20
* Explosion Area of Effect: 500 (estimate)
* Sight Radius: 425 (estimate)

Cost: 75 / 100 / 125 Mana
Magic Damage: 250 / 475 / 700 (+0.8 per Ability Power)
Charge Receive Time: 30 / 26 / 22 seconds

Summoner spells:

Ignite: nice damage dot and health regent reduction to finish
Exhaust: you may think exhaust its useless due you already have blind buts its nice for the snare to prevent ppl scapre from you, also debuffs armor and magic resist so its a good choise
You can take flash instead of eshaust if you dead to much.

Teemo built focus on attack speed and sinergy between items:

from items u will get:

guinsoo 35ad 93ap(45ap + 48ap) 32% attack speed
madred 30ad 40% attack speed 4%max hp
malady 25ap 50% attack speed 20poisson tick 24 mr penetration
shoes 20 mr penetration
Wit's End 40% attack speed 42poison tick
axe 55ad 30% attack speed 45armor penetration

total debuffs:

-51 arp (45+6) = 0 armor vs no tank targets
-52 mp (8+20+24) = 0 magic resist vs no tank targets
-15 % spell penetration
-dots will do full damage cause of 0 magic resist:
    60-70 dmg teemo poison
    42 dmg form wit
    20 dmg from malady
    4% total hp from madred

also teemo will have 2.25 - 2.5(cap) attack speed

Sorcerer shoes > berseker because u get attack speed from other items and passive of teemo, and sorcerer debuffs your poisons, Noxious Trap and sinergyes with magic damage from madred , malady and wit's end.

malady also debuffs MR, adds poison and attack speed.

Wit`s end : it looks a weak item but it really adds 42 dmg per atatck so its 42 dmg + speed + magic resist and drain mana.(its less vs tanks due his mr)
if there are few casters or there are 2-3 enemies with exhaust or other teemo Wit`s end can be remplaced for sword of the divine. u will kill them in 1 vs 1.
or frozen mallet if u want hp.
gets some love
Wit's End

* Now damages enemies that do not have mana
* Fixed a bug where Wit's End did not interact correctly with clones

guinsoo or nashor both are good choise guinsoo for more dmg and nashor for mana and pop more mushrooms

madred u have a fast attack speed and magic pene so madred will do a nice dmg.. if they have no tanks and his team dont have much hp (most of them less 2000) make another item

black cleaver adds lot of damage and will apply full debuff melee in 2 - 2.5seg
The Black Cleaver

* Damage reduced to 55 from 75
* Now adds 30% increased attack speed
* Unique Passive - Now shreds 15 armor per stack from 12 but has a maximum of 3 stacks from 5.

other items:

nashor: if u have mana problems or want the map with lot of mushrooms

other good item its Frozen mallet. make it if your team needs snare, or if u need more hp for survive focus ,aoes. or banshee veil


start with shoes + pots or doran shield.
doran shield regent its better than doran blade lifesteal and better than vampiric vs good players. also i dont use items with vampiric in this built so its useless.

item order: shoes, malady .After see how the game its going and make a choise of the best item to continue.

Skill secuence i prefer toxic shot than blinding dark but it depends of opposite setup if they have many melees or ranges blind its better.

with this built u should kill with no problems all tanks , melees and ranges in 1 vs 1 .
u have exhaust and blind its time enought to kill (usually only blinddind dark its enough for the kill),if they exhaust u just use your sword of divine and rape them :)
