Hi this is my first Build, I like playing Teemo like this a lot, its a very durable Teemo.

At first i didnt like Teemo cause he was way to squishy for me, I like to play a little agressive. So thats why this build, it seems a little weird al those tank masteries but its dominating early game very well!!

I got my Rune page like this;

Marks; Magic pen, for the the magic res. ofcourse.

Seals; Armor, Very useful early game. u can also go for AP or attack speed or magic res.

Glyphs; Ability power, for the extra damage in beginning.

Quints; Also Ability power, for the much damage in beginning.

Well i like to play agressive so thats why this mastery build.

21 in Defense for extra magic resist and armor, also for the health in beginning for this squishy champ.

9 in Offense for the 15% magic pen, very helpful early game.

First begin with dorans, that extra ap is nice and also ur mana regen.

Get ur boots, just boots of speed and then rush for Malady; it gives u a little Ap, tons of attack speed, a little extra magic damage and it also lowers ur enemys magic res up to 24! and thats a lot of damage early game!

then go for nashor´s tooth, gives u a ton of attack speed, 55 AP, lot of mana regen and 25% on ur Cooldowns.
Well now u can spam that mushrooms all over the place !!

Rylai´s scepter; Gives u that health u gonna need, tons of AP and slows ur enemy to death in combo with ur ghost and/or W.

Rabandons: gives u a lot of damage! Just crush them!

And if the game Goes on and on u sell ur dorans and buy a
Void staff; Gives u more ap And 40% Magic pen!! need to say more?

U can also buy rabandons before ur nashors.

Well this is my Build, a little short i guess but i dont like the long builds either.
