Introduction
I've never made a build guide here before so this would be the first! I use this build in ranked games. I know teemo is not played alot in ranked and people prefer using champs used at LCS and other high elo streams. So I want people to change their view on teemo and see him as a really strong assassin with initiation posbilities!
Pros / Cons
*Decent mobility
*Early Bully
*Has stealth
*Defensive and strong ultimate.
Cons:
*Very Squishy
*Easy target
*Every body hates you
*Weak vs ranged Ap carries
