I want to address every comment I get on here so I will do my best to check regurally and answer any question.

To tola, thankyou for your comment and ideas, but like I said this is the way I like to play Teemo. Ii have these runes because I like them, if you want something different then by all means use whatever you want. As for the Rylai's Scepter, I addressed that late game I get it for mainly the health and the AP on it isn't bad. The slow is not the best but at least it works with Teemo's Q. To me, any slow is a good slow and if I dont get the kill i will make sure they cannot run away and my teammates will kill them.

To Turo, thankyou for comment and I did check out your build for Nid. I would vote on it but I havnt yet for 2 reasons. #1 I dont play Nid enough to look at a build and know if it would work. #2 I havnt tried it yet, but I will so I can try out a different way then I normally play her. <3 for the +1

The different quintessnces make your bonuses ineffective. I would suggest you chose one type and get three of that same type.
Having both Frozen Mallet and Rylai's Scepter seems pointless. I personally don't like Rylai's Scepter, as it doesn't apply the slow, when you poison your enemy on auto-attack, and the mushroom already has its own slow effect.
