This will be my first guide. I have tested this build several times and I continue to test it. So far it is in Alpha stage. I am testing this on bots at this moment, however I tried on a few normal blind games and our team lost due to horrible teammates who fed.

PS: I know this build is interesting, however it is fun to play. It will probably not be the best teemo build, but I will be a very useful one.

PS: I am going to edit this guide throughout the summer. Please bare with me. And feel free to comment on anything I added to this guide.

I went with the chosen runes for a 50-50 shot for AD and AP help.
You can choose different runes, but remember the idea is to have MAX attack speed, you could switch the attack damage runes for ability power to increase your blind ability.

I chose to put points in both aspects in the offensive tree in order to utilize the AP and AD part of teemo's ability.
You can pull some attack damage like the single boosts for some more magic resist or armor.

If you find a great balance of a offense and defense build, feel free to use or suggest!

Boots and health pots first always. You need to stay in your lane as long as possible in order to get the money for the next few items.
The item choices are good in my opinion, however you can tweak it to your play style as well.

I go with the blind first for normal games, not bots. I believe in the chance of counter jungle or early game first bloods and ganks. The blind can really help when the opposing champion is missing his abilities and auto attacks.

If It is one thing I like on teemo, it is Exhaust. On most of my champions I Flash and Ignite, however since teemo can be very fast with his W skill, mid game and late game, escaping is almost possible every time. I also use exhaust for means escape with conjunction of my W skill to get away from a faster champion like Master Yi or someone else.

HOWEVER, the main purpose of exhaust is for the reduce in damage of AD and AP. Thus making you survive as your enemy champion is dieing in fear. And if they try to escape after reducing their health to 20%, I'm sure your ignite and poison will kill them.

I will continue to tweak this guide after a lot of testing. Like I said it is in Alpha Stage. I want a build that MAX's attack speed to maximize ionic spark's passive ability. The rest ability power and attack damage to equalize damage from basic attacks and abilities.

Farming is a breeze as soon as you have your ionic spark. It is the last item as for now, but Once you have it and your team is doing good and the enemy team has not quit yet, you can push a lane so fast and escape before seen or kill any champion on site.

With this rotation I am trying to master, you will take down most champions in your path.

Blind -> exhaust -> auto attacks -> Blind
or
Blind -> Ult -> auto attacks -> Blind -> Ult -> auto attacks
or even
Ult -> exhaust -> blind -> auto attacks -> blind

KEY: through in your BLIND when possible and use your newly formed MUSHROOMS to slow your target as they begin to leave the fight

Remember with this rotation, you need a team in order to pull everything off safely. This wont be a walk in the park because you will be targeted first most likely. Just believe in your poisons, slows, sparks, and life steal from your bloodthirster!

Pros:
