Even if they weren't removed, Ionic Spark sucks. I can't find a champ that really benefits from it, because instead of building up IS, I'd rather take a phantom dancer and thus have more AS -> more Creeps killed.
If Teemo wouldn't heavily rely on AP, I'd recommend Season 3 item: Runaan's hurricane. But since Teemo's played on Hybrid AP mostly, that Item won't do any good.
There's no BBcode in the guide, makes it sort of weird to read through.
There's alot of giant walls of text, not very appealing to most people, and no real explanation for the items you chose besides Malady, which wasn't much of an explanation :p
I'm not sure about the armpen runes, either. Sure you do both, but the majority is magic damage, you're physical damage isn't exactly great at the end of the build, only 185 AD, probably better to focus more on Magic Pen runes so your On-hits pack more of a punch, or just Attack Speed Marks
Despite the giant walls of text, there's not too much to the guide.
