This is an extensive guide on how to play teemo at a professional level.

Inspiration

Spell book : You start with flash smite, start 1 dagger, no potions. Poach first creep and go to base, use future market to buy second dagger exchange smite for teleport, then teleport to top lane asap, because you have cosmic insight your summoner spells are on 30% cool down ratio.

Push 2-3 waves,
Harrass hard by drawing melee attackers in an unavoidable trail toward your casters and melee units, refuse to get hit by your opponent's casters or melee minions, use brush to flank your opponent by first flashing from your brush on the topside of the map, then hexflashing from the second bush, effectively flanking them entirely invisible, be sure not to flash into their jungler!!
leave after cannon minion is down,

go directly to skuttle crab
(should be level 3 or get it off skuttle crab),

place deep ward,

gank middle lane and recall,
go to top and push 4-5 waves

OR return to top lane
directly after skuttle crab
and push 4-5 waves.

At 6 minutes, you will be level 6,
recall to base, buy zeal, teleport bottom lane tower, place mushrooms and wait for enemy,

Gank them with flash into their brush from invisible in your bottom lane brush,

Push for first tower bottom lane,

Go to tribush to stop midlaner from ganking bot or doing dragon,

Do dragon,

7.5 minutes

Recall and run top.

Push to their tower,

9min

when they arrive in lane place deep ward,

Get second skuttle, then head to proxy/ raid / plunder their jungle,

Retreat to recall after 1 proxy or 1 large minion.

9.5 min

Swap teleport for smite, your flash should be up.
Run to rift Herald from top side, place mushrooms and take it with smite, recall immediately to base.

11min

Run middle, push hard,

At this point depending on your fighting skill you can decide to place shrooms middle after your push with rift Herald and demolish, and catch the enemy's retaliation from your rift herald, end the game off it, demolish and a possible elixir,
End game

15 minutes

OR, you can return topside,
Place deep ward in their jungle by buff.
Harras top side until their jungler is drawn to your ward coverage, and pull them into your midlaner or jungler, use momentum to push middle or top and end, possible teleport to bottom lane to get inhibitor or to flank,
End game

18 minutes

OR, In the chance they turtle, poach all jungle minions, set up mushroom coverage in middle lane and inside baron pit, get dragons, skuttle crabs.

Professional-tip: Flank inside their base with hexflash to break their turtle.

20 min

Baron fight, save your teleport, place yourself behind baron pit, use hexflash to initiate into baron pit. Decide, you can fight or teleport bottom lane and push with elixir and demolish.

22 minutes

Professional-tip: Invisibility is your friend, but keep moving when behind enemy lines, poach or deflect the enemy into your traps. Use second wind to trade with your opponents and then return to proxy poach and vision tactics with comfortably more health,

Be the first to the battle and be well prepared, your strategy must be adaptive to the enemy's mistakes through your own feigned weakness and your own determination.

Basis of this build order is the you take gold for first minion and recall to buy second dagger with your 600, leaving you a meager 2000 gold for your runaans hurricane, also your level 1-3 is wild speed for ultimate harassment and under tower farming.

Buy boots and catalyst as you can. Mingle potions and wards with your runaans hurricane build move into nashors tooth if needed beyond runaans, catalyst, and ninja nabis. Get elicits to push towers or get more health and tenacity to screw with their heavy crowd control effects.

Runaans gives you optimal wave clear for both jungle and lane prospects, and the attack speed bonus with your elixir ends games faster.

Be sure to start smite, or the first jungle minion will be too hard to kill.Swap them out as needed, align the spellbook charges to suite your needs.
