This is my teemo guide, it creates decent mushrooms, a deadly auto attack, a bit of extra health, and the dodge runes for survival and they do help dont doubt it!.

I chose these because teemo needs magic pen as all his moves are magic, the dodge for extra survivability and I dont see any better seal runes to use. The glyphs are cd reduc/magic pen just to even it out and get a bit of cd.

The item build turns out deadly, you can solo almost any champ. Blind for 2 seconds is almost enough time to drop any champ with this build. If you need a bit more dmg, take a Infinity edge instead of frozen mallet, but frozen mallet makes it so no one gets away, and you can always get away. The three AS items all have an extra dmg unique ability to rip through anyones defenses as they all do magic dmg. Also why the guinsoos and bloodrazor come in handy with the extra AD when your other items are doing so much magic dmg and reducing their mr resistance. I love this build and play it all the time, it is my favorite, enjoy.
