Pretty straight forward

This guide is for the max burst on fizz.
3/4 times you will one shot everything on your path its your job to secure cs and kills as beast as you can. Only with people that handle fizz before will pull this built off if not don't even bother to read it since is a skill and Coordination with fizz and your eyes.

and you may ask why captain enchant to the boots. let just say there gas been team mates trying to bait or getting rescue. (^_^

Pros-
You will hit like a Boss
even against tank's just make sure u have a form of back up.
Cons
Squishy fighter, Hard to master and 2300 max hp with this built

Additional notes as you can see the largest killing spreed was 25 as fizz, yes i been playing him for a while he is honestly easy to play it just depends on the player and good luck and have fun all.
