Her main goal is to get you to 60% Hp or below and then look for a kill.
Matchup is really really hard but if you get really good at it and learn how an Akali player thinks you do have some kind of counterplay but not as big.
Do Not:
Never get below 60% Hp After level 6. DO NOT step up if the wave is on his side because she will instantly use R on you. It's even worse if you are not 100% hp. Do not try to trade without your passive stacked since your AA animations are going to be really long due to lack of attackspeed. Don't try to trade back while she is in her W.

Do:
Farm as much as you can using max ranged Q and E while also respecing his E range.

Since he already used his Q on the minion wave or you dodged it he cannot get a full trade on you since you will have much more attackspeed thanks to your passive and you can W out after you finish trade resulting it into a won trade for you.
Lastly use your pings to the direction that you think he roams after shoving waves on the early levels since him getting lead from other lanes can make your game way harder.

Not keeping enough distance eventually leads to her using her W to block you from walking and then full combo'ing you.

Even after Level 6 it is an awful matchup since she can trade R for R which is never in your favor.

Level 1-6 just afk farm against him since there is nothing to do.
If the wave starts to slowpush on him you can either be inside the wave and sacrfice some hp so he pushes the wave with his AOE or let him E or W you and instantly use your W to run out of his range.
After level 6 still try to farm as much as you can since there is no way you can kill a Ryze unless he messes up - Put a ward in the middle of the lane and ping aggresively to the direction he is trying to roam after he pushes the wave.
Feel free to take some short trades against him whenever you have your passive ready and your Q W E up.
Do Not:
Don't try to match his roams unless your wave looks really good.
Don't disrespect his damage.
Don't be isolated instead try to be behind minions or close to your tower so he can't connect a full combo on you.
Don't fall behind in CS / XP since this matchup is all about it.

Do:
Level 1-6 do not bother trying to exchange trades or anything just focus on farming purely.

Only use your R whenever he R's you and use your W to dodge his W.
Once he stacks his Q and it deals AOE damage don't stand near your minions since it extends.
Do Not:
Don't let him Q you with grasp up multiple times since it hurts a lot and you also give him stacks.
Don't let him push every wave after 6 and instead try to match it.
Don't underestimate how much he scales and how big of a lane bully he is in this matchup.
Don't be afraid to look for extended trades if you can win them.

Don't let him land an E on you for a minion especially if its not a cannon minion, its not worth.

Do:
Level 1 use E on him to drag the wave to you => stack your passive without him being able to E you, After you crash 2 waves and you ward enemy raptors then let him push every wave till level 6.
In case he uses E on you start attacking and try to dodge his 2nd E. If you somehow dodge the 2nd E you can run him down, However if you get hit by his 2nd E and you have your passive stacked you can still make the trade even or slightly winning trade.
After level 6 keep your passive stacked and stand behind minions so he cant E you and use your W to avoid his 2nd Q.
Remember whenever he has no R you can cancel his W healing with your R.
Do Not:
Don't ever use your R before his R, you insta lose the 1v1.
Don't have the same movement when you dodge so he can't hit his 2nd E often.
Don't underestimate his damage especially if he has Electrocute + Ignite.
Don't EVER take a fight without passive stacked.
Take:

Do:

Bait her E's on laning phase by acting like you go for a minion.
Use your W to dodge her Q's or E's on laning phase.
After level 11 whenever she uses her E and you have passive stacked instantly W to her and run her down.
Do Not:
Don't repeat same cycle of movement so she cant predict where you are going to dodge.
Don't ever attempt to take a trade without passive stacked.
Don't take a big amount of damage before the wave crashes into your tower.
Take:

Do:
Level 1-6 afk farm and barely interact with her.
After your first recall try to take short trades vs her with your passive stacked.

Always prioritize your wave before moving.
If the wave is slowpushing to her get inside the wave and let her poke you a bit with her AOE abilities to push the wave
Stand behind minions so she can't Q you.
Use your W to dodge her E so you win majority of trades.
If you can pressure for a kill but she has Stormraiders Surge make sure to let her attack you 3 times so you get rid of it and then run her down.
After level 11 you hard win all short and extended trades.
Do Not:
Don't be isolated so she can't get max DPS on you.
Don't repeat the same movement so she can't predict where you will walk with her E.
Don't be afraid to take fights after level 6.
Don't leave your wave in a bad state to prevent the enemy team from diving bot / top or simply to follow her on the map.
Take:

Talon
Do:
When wave arrives instantly E him (drags the wave closer to you and you can safely stack passive), After stacking push 2 waves, ward enemy raptors.
If he disrespects your damage you can look for a solokill.
After you push the 2nd wave let him perma push till level 6.
After level 6 stack your passive and don't be afraid of taking trades.
Try and match his prio after 6 so he doesn't get free roams after each wave.
In teamfights save your R for after he uses his.
After level 11 you always win the 1v1 IF your passive is stacked.
His Q has the same range as your E, stack passive before engaging.
Use your W to avoid his 1st/2nd W, and therefore avoid the bleed passive.
Do Not:
Don't disrespect his damage especially if he has ignite + electrocute.
Don't ever try to follow his roams or dive attempts if you haven't pushed the wave into his tower.
Don't ever R before he uses his R first.
Don't short trade without your passive at least half stacked.
Take:

Tristana
Do:
Level 1-6 try to farm as much as you can since she will most likely zone you or try to get trades whenever you attempt to farm.
After level 6 look for short trades only when you have your passive stacked.
After level 11 you hard win on the side.
If you don't have R against her be sure to stay above 60% HP at all times.
Stay away from the tower whenever she uses E on it (it has a big range so be careful).
Remember that her champion can never freeze due to her passive so your wave will almost never get frozen on.
Only recall in a cannon wave against her.
If the wave slowpushes to her a bit feel free to take 1-2 auto attacks but no more.
Respect her W range which is kinda big and give up as many CS as needed not to lose half of your Hp.
Do Not:
Don't try to roam if you don't shove the wave.
Don't facecheck bushes against her.
Don't use your R early or to late, try to use your R when she jumps on you, she presses E let her do 2-3 auto attacks and right after use your R.
Don't underestimate how dangerous she is with her W range.
Don't let her get all your plates and try to trade back if she doesnt respect your PTA + passive stacks.
Don't be afraid to look for extended trades if it looks good.
Take:

Tryndamere
Do:
Level 1 if he has Doran's Blade E him and then stack your passive safely by dragging the wave.
Make sure to get level 2 first so you can push the 2nd wave and ward enemy raptors.
If you don't feel confident gaining early prio vs him its totally fine and just respect him till level 6.
After level 6 keep your passive permanently up and try to poke him as much as you can.
After level 11 or first item try to be the one to get prio.
Use your W only when he dashes into you to create space.
Make clever usage of your summoner spells for example don't use your ghost if he doesn't use his unless you NEED to.
Make sure not to run out of mana so he cant out sustain you.
Matchup is normally harder if he is good and he goes Doran's Shield.
Try to punish him or clear the wave as soon as he clears yours so he can't get your plates and dash out.
Try to look towards his direction 1 second before he presses W so you don't get slowed or get your damage reduced.
Do Not:
Don't let him do whatever he wants on lane and try to respond either by short trading him or by matching his prio / clearing the wave.
Don't roam and prioritize your wave and your tempo.
Don't EVER use your R before his, instead use your R after he used his and 2.5 seconds passed.
Don't look for short / extended trades without your passive stacked.
Do throw your Q at him before he dashes, if you somehow wanna poke him and use your Q first then respect your cooldown and create distance so he can't punish you.
Take:

Twisted Fate
Do:
Level 1-6 purely focus on farming.
Once a big wave crash or a wave pre level 6 give up minions if needed so you dont take a lot of damage especially due to his E and W.
Once he is level 6 put a ward in the middle of the lane to see in which way he is moving to roam or to use his R.
Use your W to either run away from his AA range so he won't stun you or just to dodge his Q.
The moment he uses his W somewhere and its on cooldown look for a short trade with your passive stacked.
Once he has Rapidfire Cannon respect his W range so you won't get stunned from afar.
On teamfights if he gets a golden card on you make sure to R just slightly before you get stunned.
QSS is a good item against him.
Do Not:
Don't follow his rotations and instead just ping so your team is aware.
Don't be afraid to look for a short / extended trade after he wasted his W.
Don't let him take many plates and instead clear the wave as soon as it gets to your tower after level 6.
Don't recall when he tries to roam and instead push the wave so he loses something.
Don't let him get perma prio after level 6 and instead try to match his wave clear or get a short trade on him.

Do:
Level 1-6 try to get as many minions as you can.
After level 6 start trading with him and with some good movement you should be able to win most trades.
Only thing you wanna be careful in this matchup is not to get stunned by the edge of his E so he doesn't full combo you without being able to use R.
Bait his E since it has a long cooldown and then with your passive stacked feel free to run him down.
When you are level 11 or have 1 item or both you should be able to win every short + long trade.
Use R on his W + Q or on his R depends on the scenario (if you will get hit).
Stand behind 2 minions or outside of his Q range so you don't get poked for free and also give him stacks.
Do Not:
Don't be afraid to fight after level 6.
Don't roam and stay on your lane to maximize your Xp / Gold since this matchup is all about it.
Don't disrespect his damage just because he is a scaler, remember you have the lowest amount of magic resistance in the game.
Don't hesitate to run him down on every state of the game if you see the opportunity.
Don't repeat the same movement so you are unpredictable.

Stand between minions so they block his Q's.

Only R whenever he uses his R, never R anything else unless you need to.
With passive stacked after he uses his Q you can use W to speed up to him and also dodge E and you should be able to get a good trade on him.
After level 11 on sidelane if he is below 70% Hp you can stack your passive and basically free dive him.
Do Not:
Don't disrespect his damage since he can poke, burst and also deal true damage.
Don't force any trade or chase him without your passive stacked.
Don't repeat same cycle of movement so you can dodge more skillshots.
Don't take massive amount of poke so he can't zone you off or pressure you with his Q range.
Take:

Early Buy:

Vex
Do:
Level 1-6 farm as much as you can and try to remain atleast 60% HP at all times especially if she has electrocute + ignite.
After level 6 look for short trades with your passive stacked The best timing you have to do that is after she uses his fear or if her fear isn't ready yet.
Remember she can only get a full combo on you if she fears you so use your W to dodge his fear to stay healthy.
Bait her abilities and mainly her fear by acting like you're walking up for a minion and dodge it using your W.
Hold your R for whenever she R's and she is flying to you, if he doesn't have R make sure to R before her fear but it depends on your HP.
After level 11 on sidelane if she is around 70% Hp and he has no fear ready, you can easily dive her with passive stacked
Do Not:
Don't facecheck bushes she might be cheesing with her fear ready.
Don't underestimate her burst damage and remember you have the lowest magic resistance in the game.
Don't hesitate to look for extended trades once you won the short trade and her fear isn't up yet.

Do:
1-6 afk farm and take as least damage as you can so you can have a lot of HP to farm under your tower once the wave crashes. After level 6 if he has bone plating get it with your Q through the minions or if you cheese an Auto Attack on him without getting punished. Level 11 with your passive stacked and 1 item on sidelane you can run him down
If the wave slowpushes to him, walk up, let him use Q on you and then instantly walk back to avoid the empowered AA. This makes the minions aggro him so the wave will be on your side. When the wave is slow pushing to you, make sure to respect his E range so you dont lose a lot of HP for free till the wave comes to you
Once you got his Bone Plating out (if he has) let him use Q on you and after the shield is gone with your passive stacked start trading with him.
Use your W to get out of his W so you wont get stunned
Either R his E damage or his Q and empowered AA. Remember that you have last stand so you can R when you are lower HP to look for a kill.
Do Not:
Don't ever start a trade if you don't bait his Q shield and also his Bone Plating
Don't look for a trade without your passive stacked
Don't be afraid to look for an extended trade if the situation allows you to
Don't underestimate how hard of a laning phase this is and also his E damage.

Do:
Level 1-6 ignore him at all time and focus on farming. After level 6 look for a short trade only when you have passive stacked and his empowered Q isnt ready. After level 11 and your 1st item start looking for more aggresive trades or even a run down but also try to get prio at the same time
Stand behind minions so his E will get blocked from a minion
Use your W to run away from his empowered Q speedup. Use your R only after he uses his R and try to block the biggest chunk of damage
Prioritizing farming instead of poking him since he can heal back to full HP just by Q'ing minions
If he has Phase Rush and you want to run him down make sure to bait it first
If the wave is slow pushing to him and you want it to come to your tower walk up and let him Q you once and then run back
Do Not:
Don't engage into a trade without a follow up plan since its usseles because he can heal up if you dont keep on punishing him
Don't start a trade without passive stacked
Don't let him Q you under tower when you are farming
Don't underestimate his healing
Don't forget that his W has a really big cooldown and use it for your advantage

In case you want to look for a short trade with your passive stacked feel free to use W to dodge his E. You can Q him through the minions and then W into him to get a short trade. You can always flash his E if you see a kill potential.
Remember that movement is everything in this matchup so try to be unpredictable as you can be.
Do Not:
Don't stand still while farming so you give him a harder time to poke you down
Don't lose too much HP in early levels
Don't repeat the same cycle of movement since his champ has only skillshots
Don't engage into a trade without your passive stacked
Don't do the left - right movement which is basically 1 time you dodge left 1 time you dodge right, it's easily predictable.

Do:

If the wave is slow pushing to you, you can stay inside the wave forcing him to E Q you or just basically attack you a bit to destroy the slowpush
If he has his Q2 ready do not step up especially in early levels. Use your R just half a second before you get knocked up.
Change the wave of you dodging his Q's so you are unpredictable
Remember that he can get on top of you pretty easily especially if the wave is on his side since he can dash on the minions and catch up to you. Keep your passive stacked at all costs. Remember his W can block your Q, E and your AAs but if you are level 11 and you are on top of him while he has W your flames will still do damage.
If you are running away from him make sure to look where your next wave is located so you dont run towards it resulting into him dashing and catching up to you.
Do Not:
Don't try to poke him without passive stacked since your AA animations will take a long time since to lack of Attack Speed so he can dash into you and statcheck you
Don't prioritize hitting him instead of farming since he can generate back to full hp from D Shield, 2nd Wind, Absorb Life and even Fleet if he has
Don't forget to check bushes with a blue ward later on so you wont get cheesed and dashed on
Don't step up if he has his Q2 ready, especially in the early levels.

Respect that when he has Q2 ready he can always use his E to get movement speed and get a good trade on you. If you dodge his Q2 on sidelane you basically win the 1v1 with stacked passive if you are level 11 and with 1 full item.

Don't prioritize hitting him instead of farming since he can generate back to full hp from D Shield, 2nd Wind, Absorb Life and even Fleet if he has
Don't hesitate to limit test on this matchup since a lot of micro and mechanics are been used.

Push the first 2 waves by claiming level 2 first and after you crash the second wave ward enemy raptors. After you push the first 2 waves then let him shove every wave under your tower till level 6
Use your W to dodge his E or Q since its the main sources of trading for him. Use your R when he pulls you back with his Q assuming you got hit
Step on his passive to deny him healing back from it. Your R almost oneshots his blobs so you need R damage and 1 more AA
Maintain a good distance so he cant instantly jump on you. Whenever you are taking a plate consider that he might be out of fog of war and just use his E while you are standing still.
Do Not:
Do not ever trade with him without your passive stacked
Do no underestimate his damage and his healing
Do not be afraid to run him down after you dodge his E and Q
Do not build antiheal since the item is bad
Do not forget he can use Q on a minion and flash on top of you and pull you back.

If you don't have R always stay above 80% HP. Remember that your R cooldown is longer than yours so trading R's is never worth for you. Whenever he uses R on you wait half or max 1 second before using your R so you can negate all the damage

Don't forget that his W has a big cooldown early levels so make sure to use it for your advantage
Don't let him take prio for free after level 6-7 and start doing short trades with your passive stacked
Don't look for extended trades since the matchup is all about short trades
Don't facecheck bushes and always use your blue ward on them so you dont get cheesed
Don't forget he can still teleport to his shadows even after couple of seconds
Don't cycle the same movement so you cant get hit by every single W Q combo.

Do:

If a wave is slowpushing to him position yourself inside the wave forcing him to use his AOE on the wave and you so it bounces back to you. Clear the waves as fast as you can so he wont get a lot of plates
Be careful with the amount of HP you lose to get a minion since he can poke out of lane pretty easily due to your lack of magic resistance
Remember his w can execute your tower if it is low HP. Remember his W has a big cooldown so incase you are looking for a solokill make sure to bait it before you commit to it.
Use your W to dodge as many Q's as you can
If he is around 60% HP on sidelane and you are level 11 with 1 full item you can easily dive him
Do Not:
Don't look for a short trade without your passive stacked
Don't let him take free prio after level 6
Don't let him permanently Auto Attack your tower withtout you doing anything about it
Don't disrespect his burst damage and be ready to use your R
Don't have predictable movement so you can dodge his skillshots.

Do:
Level 1-6 afk farm and try to always be as healthy as you can.
You can always look for short and extended trades when she missed or used her E especially after your first item or level 11.
Remember you have the lowest magic resistance in the game and she has 100% ap scaling so always be considerate on how you use your HP.
Farm from distance and avoid taking damage for free.
Remember she can pick up items / spells from the ground and speed up to you and get a good amount of your HP.
Use your W to dodge her E or run out of her Q range.
If you are in fatal range and you get hit by her E, Use your R just before you get the sleep effect (Drowsy) and instead of running away run towards her so she is forced to use Q to you before your R runs out.
Respect her R range and stay behind minions as much as you can.
QSS or Banshees is a great item vs her.
Do Not:
Don't underestimate her damage at all.
Don't stay really close to minions since her Q is AOE damage.
Don't forget that her E can go through towers aswell so be careful while farming under your tower.
Don't look for a short or extended trade without your passive stacked.
Don't be close to walls since she can extend her E range if it goes through a wall.
Don't facecheck bushes.
Don't forget to use your blue ward especially on the sidelane to be more aware or safe.
