Yeah, I understand that. I'm agreeing with that, I'm just saying, the active skill of SOTD is whats good. That's what's going to help a lot. The extra pen, and not being able to miss, in case they have dodge boots, or if they have a skill that makes u miss, or if its jax. But if they don't, switching it to phantom dancer is a great switch. Not going against what you're saying. I'm saying, it depends on who you're going against. Thanks for the advice though. I think I'm going to try the vamp scepter out too. Seems like a lot of people are doing it.

@CaptSpank, that's true, but I say, in early/mid game, the sword of the divine is a better weapon. I agreed with that for late game though, a switch from sword of the divine to phantom dancer, would be good.

Theoretical outcome (over 5 seconds)

Sword of the Divine
Attacks: 11.17
Total Life Stolen: 55.385
Total Criticals: 3.574
Total Bonus Critical Damage: 436.028
Total DPS: 369.231
Total Damage inclusive: 1846.154

Second Phantom (I'm also using Vamp sceptor instead of dorans blade, buying health pots and selling items is a waste of gold)
Attacks: 10.385
Total Life Stolen: 235.406
Total Criticals: 8.155
Total Bonus Critical Damage: 864.43
Total DPS: 392.343
Total Damage inclusive: 1961.717

More survivability and more dmg.
You should lay out your actual item sequence so we can see what your buying, and in what order. Our build are virtually the same, and I used to build the SoD, but the critical strike is where its at. I also use my runes because I don't know that the att speed is worth the double dmg early game.

I won't down vote because it works, but I think you should adjust your early build, even if you want to keep the SoD .

Not a bad build, I would substitute another phantom for the sword of the divine to get your crits up though so you were making more use of your IE. The extra 100 every 4 is alright, but 15% extra movement speed and 30% crit are too much to pass up.

i have played TF a couple times and i'm pretty terrible on him. I unlocked TF because I saw a TF with a similar build knock out both nexus towers with only 4 caster minions to tank their damage...i think it took him all of 5-6 seconds to knock out both towers. I ran a similar build and was able to backdoor their Nexus...very dirty trick, but oh so enjoyable.

I don't have the runes that you have but I use red attack speed, yellow attack speed, and blue crit and health quints. However''' I built my items you're way and got to one B-Thirster and was laughing my *** off at how quick I killed Annie/Teemo and taking chunks off of Garen.

I recommend this build because it different and hits hard and with Twisted Fate, Hard is Fast! Fast is not fast, fast is slow. So hit hard lol.
