take tp if you wanna push lanes and just be as annoying as possible, you can also take ignite or exhaust here if you feel like youre gonna get camped tho take tp for getting back to lane, you should take ignite or exhaust when you feel comfortable you will be staying in lane for a good while and wont die to ganks or get pushed out of lane from them, both ignite and exhaust will limit your splitpushing when it comes the time to teamfight as you will either need to stick with splitpushing all the way or stay with your team, they will however be very good in 1v1`s all though the game

start with dorans blade, and then farm farm farm farm, ofcourse never stop poking but the more farm you get even if the other guy doesnt die you will win eventually as long as you outfarm or just stay even in farm with him but dont forget youre still teemo, and youre maxing E poke that dummy for laning against you (show him to respect the GodMo), not the ring, were going ad remember.
your first back should be just when you have 1200 gold for your zeal, well be rushing runaan`s hurricane, after you get your hurricane you will be getting botrk most likely, unless you can just straight up buy IE, altho having that much gold is a very bad idea, but remember im garbage so it does happen. also if you get enough money for a BF sword early on you should buy it (not before hurricane tho) after you have your hurricane, botrk and IE you can basically chose for yourself, at this point you will probably be able to 1v1 anyone unless they are super fed or hacking(whats the difference) altho you will most likely get bloodthirster last as its the one you need the least, but after you get BT you can 1v1 baron at lvl 18 without dropping belove 80 - 70% hp usualy i will get zeal before static for the extra ap over the crit just because people will most likely catch on and build some armor at this point so throw them on their head with the 200IQ purchase

start E, wait to see where your jungler starts before you lvl your E, if you give him a leash you dont want that poison dmg ticking on it just becuase some people are just, lets call it special, and they will fail their smite or just not think about the poison and give you the buff, altho this is good for you, its bad for him and it will most likely end in you not getting any ganks and your jungler hating you for the rest of the game (this is not good)
so watch out for that, other than that you max E and W, R whenever possible and your Q last, this is for the extra dmg you get from E and the incredible movespeed you get from your W passive and its even more incredibler when you use the active doubling the already huge movespeed buff and making it not stop from champion or turret dmg, and your q cooldown will be longer than if you maxed it second yes but dont worry about that because you will most likely only use it for poking and only once a fight anyways so dont worry about the loss of dmg you think you get from not maxing Q second

obviously this is largely personal preference, but i feel like these are honestly the best runes you can pick, what is possibly just as good would be lethal tempo instead of summon aery, if you chose to go precision as your first rune you will go triumph, legend:alacrity and cut down, you can honestly also go coup de grace but i think cut down is more usefull since you will most likely be going toplane vs a tank or the enemy team will have a tank and these are the only ones you actually dont 3 hit to death so cut down is in my oppinion the best rune for this spot, legend:alacrity speaks for itself when it comes to ad teemo right? more attackspeed more dmg

Youre teemo, your good vs anything as long as you dont have any personal champs you hate anything should go, i usualy prefer to ban junglers instead of laners because they will most likely have more impact on your lane than the enemy laner, i hate playing against champs like Warwick and Shaco(personal) just because they get snowballing so fast that if they get an early kill on anyone the game just gets so much harder, i also like to ban shaco just because he has a tendency to CC the minds of low elo players such as myself and my teamates so hes just a no go for me, altho i honestly feel like i dont have a hard time vs him personaly when it comes to being ganked and things like that but people ragequit left and right when shacos get fed and that makes it harder to win

if you wanna be a real teemo god you gotta use either the devil skin or omega squad(just sayin)
panda and cottontail are both also acceptable just not as good
