Sorry for late reply, i dont knw much abt electo, i have tried it a few times i didnt find him good, difficult to apply, too much CDR, not much utility in team fights, i think it is good on assassins, i didnt find him good on urgot bt again it depends how u train urself, if u practice enough u can utilize it on urgot, bt if u ask me it is no.

in case u are going full tank urgot n u are good with 'disdain' aftershock is viable choice, but if u are bad with disdain n u want to carry match then u have to go with 'sorcery' tree. sorcery gives you much flexibility n tankyness with loads of damage. In my guide there are two runes tree one of 'sorcery' n one for 'resolve', in resolve my keystone is aftershock, bt aftershock require precision n experience n still i would say sorcery is better than resolve as primary pathway. i dont like 'precision' pathway on urgot, people do tend to use 'precision pathway' for urgot bt with precision u are wasting the potential of urgot. urgot can do much better with any other pathway than precision, bt again it depends on ur game style u wanna try fleet footwork give it a go may be it suits u, bt i wouldnt recomend it.
i never tried cull n if u want cull coz of +3 life then in that case doran's blade is better as it gives percentage life steal, things with percentages are always good on urgot.

u are a diamond player just give it a try :O i mean seriously he is a dreadnought he should be unsinkable, i have played against player with press the attack n even tried it also, it made him so squishy, dam is not a prob for Urgot he has echoing flame plus black cleaver, death dance, mallet and gauntlet give him enough sustain n damage, aftershock give him freeness to initiate to destroy to become a wall for your squishes, i haven't tried aery i would like to try it :) n abt abilities every ability is applicable on him aftershock give him dam plus sustain by giving armor and magic resist buff, tenacity is important for him he has mobility issues, resolve for increasing his shield and heal which is also imp as we are talking abt a tanky urgot here, same purpose for conditioning to increase sustainability ('-') n thnks for your feedback it is much appreciated but i want u to try it just for a change :)
