The item logic is half-wrong (combining nash + malady only works versus idiots, no void staff or real MPEN), you don't mention Warmog's which is the best tanky item this season, Quints of Scaling CDR is a terrible idea, specially if you're going for shrooms (oracle = bye shrooms), AP Teemo usually goes Q first in maxing because it doesn't require you to commit during the poke, your content are just giant walls of text. Like this comment.
Plus just so you know, I'm going more for the Auto Attack power through E more than the damage through Q because this guide is more focused on AAing with Teemo than a true mage guide to Teemo.
