I used Quiet Knight's The Fast video as a reference for this guide. His video showed what items and runes were the best to take and It saved me a ton of time. After watching the video I tested it all out to make sure It all worked.

Explanation of the Runes.


Lethal Tempo is really good because of Jhin's Passive, so take it. (If they remove Lethal Tempo for some reason, take Fleet Footwork)


This is a really good rune to go in & out of a fight with. You get a kill, run away and heal, then go back in for another kill.


This Rune is good because of Jhin's Passive. More Attack Speed = More Movement Speed.


This Rune is good because of your damage. With this rune you can potentially one or two shot someone late game.


This Rune is good because of your summoner spells. Your Ghost & Heal will give you a burst of movement speed to make you go even faster.


This Rune is a MUST on The Fast. It increases your movement and you need as much of that as possible.


You take this because you need as much Attack Speed as possible


You take this because you need damage too.


You take this because Jhin has lower MR than Armor.

This item got nerfed so It is no longer the best Mythic Item for The Fast, RIP


This is the best mythic you can go. It gives you 100% Crit full build and it's mythic passive gives attack speed. You are consistent with your Crits, which means more damage & speed.


This item is better than Boots of Swiftness, because of your passive. The more attack speed the better.


This item is perfect for this build. It gives 45% attack speed and 7% movement speed. The best part of this item is the passive. Every basic attack gives you 7% movement speed that stacks up to 5 times. Also, at 5 stacks you get an additional 40% attack speed. This item is an important part of the build.


This item gives 45% attack speed & 7% movement speed. It's passive also lets your auto attacks hit multiple targets. Really good item for this build overall.


This item is really good. You can basic attack from farther away and the item gives you 35% attack speed and 7% movement speed. Extremely good for this build.


This item is great! It gives you 25% attack speed and 7% movement speed. It's passive also inflicts Grevious Wounds which helps if there is someone on the enemy team getting lots of heals. Very good item for this build.

That's the build! Hope you guys enjoy it! I tried it out in a practice tool and got around 1300 Movement Speed. In URF they give you 100% more attack speed and 60 bonus Movement Speed so you can easily get 1500+ Movement Speed.
